Built to “no-compromise” standards, the gold-sputtered dual-capsule assembly is custom-voiced via a proprietary hand-tuning process. In addition, all critical components in the signal path, including a hand-selected European vacuum tube, are cryogenically treated for consistency. Finally, the V13 gen2 is subjected to our rigorous quality assurance protocol.

Locomotive WT-COMP - Give your tracks some heft.
Locomotive Audio’s WT-Comp compressor is a single-channel tube-based compressor elegantly designed to add weight, harmonics and the euphonic sound of soft-knee vari-mu compression. The Weight Tank Compressor will put a stamp on any material run through its circuitry. That sweet compression paired with thick, distinct, and colorful harmonic saturation, makes the Weight Tank Compressor unique. The WT-Comp’s amazingly rich tone is achieved by utilizing 6BC8 and 12AU7 tubes, as well as all-steel input, interstage and output transformers. Btw, all three of the transformers in the WT-Comp are wound in-house!
